2026 Dues

At the Annual Meeting, the residents in attendance voted to increase the dues to $325. Please be sure to pay the 2026 dues by January 31st to avoid any late fees and lien fees. You may pay by mailing cash or checks to Home Association Solutions at PO Box 26145 Overland Park, KS 66225 or you may also pay online by clicking the pay dues tab.
